Hamish Mair Chauffeur Services Ltd provide a first-class service, at competitive prices for all airport transfers, for incoming and outgoing flights.

An idea of some popular destinations we have covered over the years are Edinburgh City Centre Hotels, Glasgow, St Andrews, Pitlochry, Inverness, Oban, Fort William, Isle of Skye, Cameron House, Turnberry, Cromlix, Dundee, Aberdeen. Basically, anywhere in Scotland.

We pride ourselves on our punctuality, immaculate drivers, excellent people skills, enhanced by our knowledge in Scottish History.

We provide luxury spec Mercedes vehicles, which are cleaned & prepped for every transfer.

Meet & Greet Service

Our professional Meet and Greet service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

One of our hand selected immaculately dressed Chauffeurs will meet you at the arrivals gate, which is just as you come through customs. Our Chauffeur will have an IPAD or IPHONE held up, clearly stating the lead name of the booking, so you can identify them.

Our Chauffeur will then assist with your luggage and take you safely out to the vehicle. They will load the luggage on to the vehicle and let you relax for the journey to your chosen destination.

The Chauffeur will take you on the scenic route to your destination, pointing out places of interest, commentary on landmarks/history and make recommendations for restaurants/visitor centres as and when required.

Please note this is all included as part of the airport transfer service, as it is a set fee at the time of booking and is not altered by alternative routes.

Flight Tracking

This a key part of the service we provide. This entails us monitoring the flight times the night before, for any known delays and on the day of arrival. This is to ensure we are fully informed of the arrival time of the flight. We will be aware of any delays, so please do not despair if your flight is delayed, our driver will be at arrivals at the correct time.

Our drivers will keep in touch with our clients via mobile at the airport, which is why it is imperative we always have a contact mobile number for the client at the time of booking our service.

Wait Time Charges

We do not charge for waiting time within normal circumstances, unless well over the normal time for travelling through custom control. Any additional charges would be fair and discussed as and when they arise. Our company is all about treating our clients well and fairly when it comes to charges. For example we do not apply a charge, until such times as the clients have been over an hour coming through custom controls.

Vehicle Recommendations

All our fleet are luxury Mercedes vehicles and noted below is our recommendation on capacity and luggage allowance.

  • Mercedes S Class – 1-3 passengers
  • Mercedes AMG S Class – 1-3 passengers
  • Mercedes AMG GLS 4X4 – 1-4 passengers
  • Mercedes AMG V Class – 1-7 passengers
  • Mercedes Standard V Class – 1-7 passengers

We will make a recommendation, on which vehicle you book, depending on your luggage volumes.

Complimentary

We provide complimentary Highland Spring Still water and Mints on every transfer.

Wipes/sanitiser available on request.

We can provide a daily newspaper of your choice, on request at the time of booking our service.

If our service is for a special occasion, please let us know, as we enjoy providing a glass of bubbly and chocolates, as a complimentary gesture for those occasions.

Our method of payment is taken by a secure Zettle payment link which is sent to the clients preferred email address, for settlement in advance of the services provided.
